Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with weekend rotation
Pay: $20.90 per hour

Essential Responsibilities
- Open and close the department according to established procedures
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Register and pre-register patients accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Collect and post copayments, deductibles, and other patient payments
- Track visits, referrals, and authorization requirements
- Prepare admission and registration paperwork
- Complete patient admissions and maintain accurate records
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the clinical team
