Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategies for revenue management and budgeting to maximize profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Lead, train, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
- Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations as well as hotel policies and procedures.
- Coordinate guest relations efforts to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct night audits and ensure accurate reporting of financial transactions.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems effectively while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel’s services and special events.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is required.

- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and budgeting processes.
