ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITES:
- Supervise and guide cleaning crews with a focus on sustainability and waste diversion.
- Provide clear direction to labor teams of 15 workers.
- Manage labor resources efficiently to meet sustainability goals.
- Motivate team members and foster a culture of environmental responsibility.
- Enforce recycling and composting protocols to reduce landfill waste.
- Operate Utility Vehicles (UTVs) and haul trailers containing sorted waste.
- Maintain organized inventory of sustainability supplies (bags, gloves, bins, etc.).
- Accurately complete labor ticket timecards and sustainability tracking forms.
- Assist with data collection and reporting on waste diversion metrics.
