Position Summary

Essential Job Functions
- Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties.
- Prepare correspondence on own initiative for approval of attorney and draft legal documents as required.
- Document management with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
- Draft legal court documents, such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas.
- Communicate with clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
- 1 years of paralegal experience.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
- First-party property or general litigation experience.
- Experience with case management software.
- Experience e-filing in both state and federal courts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.
- Possess excellent organization skills and be able to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Team-oriented.
