Position Summary
The Litigation Multimedia Technician works directly with litigation attorneys for the presentation of multimedia assets pertaining to active litigation cases as well as educational and admirative programs. They assist with technical support tasks in-house and outside of the firm (i.e. trial) as needed.

Position Summary

Essential Job Functions
- Presentation of multimedia assets in trial preparation, at trial, and educational and administrative presentations and programs.
- Assist attorneys with courtroom tech setup and usage for and at trials and hearings.
- Operation of multimedia/audio-visual equipment in mock courtroom.
- Edit audio/video testimony and evidence and associated transcripts, including video/text synchronization, enhancement, and redaction.
- E-mail, review, and update any media content as request by attorneys.
- Perform electronic data entry tasks via Firm filing software and apps.
- Save documents in accordance with standardized naming conventions.
- Attend meetings and note all and upcoming media design requests.
- Perform additional duties as required on a case-by-case and workday basis.
- Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
- High school/GED diploma required.
- Experience with Windows & Apple OS Systems.
- Technologically proficient when using Microsoft, Apple, Adobe, & other key multimedia software applications.
- Technologically proficient in use of multimedia/audio-visual hardware and equipment (camera, microphones, lighting, mixing boards, etc.).
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues for equipment used.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers effectively and efficiently.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload.
- Possess exceptional written skills.
- Team-oriented.
