Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 / hour Uncapped Commission Type: Full-Time (Thursday–Sunday availability preferred)

Your Role as Assistant Manager
You aren't just watching the tunnel; you are the heartbeat of the site. You will balance operational excellence with team leadership to ensure every vehicle leaves sparkling and every customer leaves smiling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Crew: Manage employee scheduling and provide on-the-ground coaching to keep the team motivated.
- Drive Growth: Actively sign up new members and explain the value of our unlimited wash packages.
- Customer Champion: Tackle questions and concerns with a professional, "can-do" attitude.
- Site Excellence: Maintain a safe, pristine, and high-functioning facility.
- Operational Support: Handle payments, manage throughput, and ensure the wash is running at peak performance.

- Clean Record: Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Car wash experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude!
