Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for unloading, stacking, sorting, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping boxes. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment..

Key Functions

• Unload Shipments: Efficiently unload boxes from delivery trucks and containers.
• Sort and Stack: Organize and stack boxes in designated areas according to size, weight, and type.
• Palletize: Assemble and secure boxes on pallets for storage and shipment, ensuring stability and safety.
• Shrink Wrap: Use shrink wrap to secure pallets for transport, maintaining product integrity.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by tracking items and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and be able to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Required to wear protective clothing and Personal Protective Equipment.

Working Conditions

• Fastpaced warehouse environment; nonclimate controlled, exhaust, fumes, dust, loud noise, heavy moving equipment
• The ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• Standing, lifting, bending, and moving for extended periods.
