QUALIFICATIONS
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to collect accurate data and maintain HIPAA-compliant records
- Strong communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others improve their lives through behavioral therapy
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities and knowledge of ABA principles are preferred.
SCHEDULE: This is a part-time afterschool position, working Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 7 PM.
