We are looking for a reliable and friendly team member to join our restaurant. This role includes front desk service, answering phone calls, and preparing takeout orders.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders
- Greet customers at the front desk
- Pack takeout and delivery orders accurately
- Ensure orders are complete and organized
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Responsible and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Team player with a positive attitude
