Description
$150K Base Salary CommissionsESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary point of contact for physicians, hospital staff, purchasing and contracting decision-makers regarding product usage, support, contracting and purchasing.Provide intraoperative case coverage and support for embolization coil procedures and related interventions.Execute a territory-specific strategic sales plan, driving revenue and expanding product adoption in key accounts.Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities and sales leads in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, Marketing team and Clinical Specialist support.Educate and train clinicians, nurses, and technicians on product indications, device usage, procedural techniques, and outcomes.Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategy and customer conversations.Participate in national and regional industry conferences, trade shows, and physician workshops to promote awareness and education around Kaneka's neurovascular products.Support clinical trial enrollment by identifying eligible cases and collaborating with the clinical affairs team.Ensure proper handling and traceability of rep stock inventory in accordance with company procedures.Collaborates with Regional Sales Manager to implement and execute the account growth strategies developed by the Sales and Marketing organization by providing product introductions and in-services for customers.Support Marketing in the development of education programs for physicians and other health professionals involved in the use of Company products in order to accelerate the adoption rates of the new techniques and products which Kaneka offers.Maintains and increases professional and technical knowledge by on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Works in accordance with quality system procedures.Must demonstrate the following emotional intelligence skills:Emotional EmpathyPositive AttitudeExcellent Communication SkillsFlexibility / AdaptabilityInterpersonal SkillsOTHER RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain complete and open lines of communication with other personnel, function, or department to facilitate operations and interaction in the organization.Keep supervisor informed of status and progress, ensuring that regular and periodical communication takes place.Maintain professional conduct, attendance, and high ethical standards in the workplace, complying with company's policies and procedures.Fulfill mandatory training requirements applicable for department and job duties as appropriate.Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by supervisor or management.Qualifications
