Sanitation Supervisor – Food Production

Join our team and lead the critical sanitation program in our fast-paced production/processing department!

The Role:

You will oversee the daily operations of the Sanitation department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are met and exceeding Federal and State requirements. This is a hands-on supervisory role focused on compliance, quality, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise, coordinate, and train sanitation employees on safety and cleaning procedures.

· Manage and implement the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).

· Conduct regular inspections for unsanitary practices/conditions and resolve deficiencies.

· Ensure adherence to GMPs and safety standards; provide required safety training.

· Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Management on sanitation issues.

· Carry out all supervisory duties: hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.

What You Bring:

· 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a production/processing environment.

· 2-3 years of progressive supervisory experience.

· Familiarity with company GMPs and safety programs.

· Strong verbal communication, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.

· Associate Degree desired, but not required with significant experience.
