What You Will Do
• Design, implement, and enhance major features in a sophisticated Windows desktop application • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (unit and integration)
• Work closely with product managers, architects, and senior engineering peers
• Investigate and resolve issues across the application stack
• Create clear technical documentation
• Mentor junior developers and help elevate engineering practices
• Influence architectural direction and contribute to long-term technical strategy
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Five or more years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts
• Significant hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and WPF for Windows desktop development
Preferred Experience
• Knowledge of SQL or relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience using Bitbucket, Jira, or Confluence
