We're seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to lead highly technical construction projects for pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, cleanroom, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical clients.
This role is ideal for candidates who have managed complex projects for large national contractors, design-build firms, EPC contractors, or specialty technical builders.
Responsibilities
● Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
● Lead client relationships and project teams
● Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and project controls
● Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and consultants
● Drive safety, quality, and project execution
Qualifications
● 8 years of construction project management experience
● Experience with life sciences, cleanrooms, laboratories, semiconductor, mission-critical, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, or other highly technical projects
● Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and client management
● Experience managing MEP-intensive or technically complex facilities preferred
● Experience with ENR-ranked contractors, design-build firms, or EPC organizations strongly preferred
