Kane Partners is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead second-shift operations at a well-established food manufacturing facility. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader to drive production performance, maintain quality standards, and develop a strong, engaged team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Production Operations: Oversee daily production activities, staffing, workflow, and material availability.
- Drive Performance: Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and costs while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and plant safety requirements.
- Develop Your Team: Train, coach, and motivate employees while managing performance and supporting employee engagement.
- Coordinate Across Departments: Partner with internal teams to support production schedules, inventory management, and on-time order fulfillment.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing, production, or frozen operations; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work second shift, including weekends and additional hours as needed.
