Night Shift Production Supervisor

A leading manufacturing facility is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead night shift operations. This role oversees a team of ~40 employees, driving safety, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

· Lead and coach production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goals

· Maintain equipment efficiency and ensure schedule attainment

· Monitor productivity, material flow, and shift performance

· Support continuous improvement initiatives and reduce waste

· Manage attendance, staffing, and employee relations

· Conduct incident and near-miss investigations

· Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Schedule

7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 3-2-2-3 12-hour rotation; overtime as needed.

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Supervisory or training experience in manufacturing

· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

· Computer literacy (MS Office)

· Knowledge of continuous improvement practices

Preferred: 3 years of production supervision experience.
