We're looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager who knows how to navigate the unique challenges of controlled environment construction — including cleanrooms, metrology labs, and other critical spaces. What You'll Do:

· Own your projects — from precon to punch list

· Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors with accountability and precision

· Drive results that meet strict specs for cleanliness, containment, HVAC, filtration, and compliance

· Manage budgets, schedules, and safety with the skill of someone who's been in the field

· Communicate clearly with clients, engineers, architects, and your internal team

· Ensure all systems and finishes meet the required cleanroom classification and performance standards

· Tackle unexpected challenges with a solutions-first mindset

What We're Looking For:

· 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction — cleanroom or technical build experience REQUIRED

· Familiarity with ISO classifications, gowning protocols, pressurization, and environmental controls

· Ability to lead construction projects with tight tolerances and demanding specs

· Strong documentation, cost control, and scheduling skills

· Clear communicator — with owners, trades, engineers, and your crew

· Willingness to travel regionally or nationally to project sites
