Overview
We are a professional property management company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Leasing Associate I to support daily leasing and office operations.
This is a structured, full-time position that requires accuracy, accountability, and the ability to follow established processes. The role combines administrative office work, customer communication, and field support.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Core Responsibilities
Office
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system professionally
- Process rental applications, leases, and tenant communications
- Accurately collect, post, and deposit payments
- Maintain organized and complete digital and physical records
- Use property management software to complete daily tasks
- Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with listings, marketing, and basic social media updates
Field
- Conduct property showings and assist with inspections
- Photograph available units and prepare listings
- Post notices and maintain on-site materials
- Complete off-site leasing tasks as needed

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (administrative, customer service, sales, or similar)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and general software use
- High level of attention to detail and organization
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record (insurable under company policy)
- Must have a reliable personal cell phone capable of supporting time entry, navigation assistance, or other infrequent business-related communication during working hours
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred:
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate
- Familiarity with Washington State RCWs and Fair Housing laws
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based work
- Occasional walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and outdoor activity in varying weather
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
