Production Worker

This position is 7:30a-4p Monday thru Friday!

This position requires an induvial to generally perform assembly and packaging tasks, while sustaining the highest product quality and a safe work environment. This position requires an individual to support and guide clients, when needed, while maintaining an even temperament and patience.

Job Duties

· Work and lead production lines

· Assist and guide clients when and if needed

· Set up and take down production lines and check in parts

· Accurately fill out documents

· Maintain work areas and equipment

· Report and/or fix any safety issues

· Maintain a safe working environment

· Carry out basic quality and testing checks

· Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

· Feed materials into machinery

· Packaging items or storing items

· Assemble goods on production lines

· Monitor the production process

· Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse

· Pack goods to be shipped

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Ability to stay calm under pressure

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand on your feet for long periods. Must be able to use your hands, feet, and fingers repetitively. Must be able to keep pace.

· Must have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.

· High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required.

· Must be able to pass a caregiver background check..

· Core hours of Operation: Weekdays/7:30-4:00 pm

· Overtime may be required sometimes on the evenings or weekends

· Must maintain 30 hour average per week to get and maintain health/vision/dental benefits

Physical Demands

· Strength and stamina

· Ability to be active, stand, and walk the entire shift

· Finger and arm agility to operate a variety of tools, machines and a computer

· Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

· Hearing and speech to communicate both in-person and over the phone.

· Bending, kneeling, reaching are all aspects of this position.

· Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
