Night Shift LPN / RN – Residential Mental Health Program (Per Diem / Weekends Required)
Location: Boca Raton, Florida
Position Overview
We are seeking qualified and compassionate LPNs and Registered Nurses to join our residential mental health program. This is a per diem night shift position requiring availability on Fridays and Saturdays, with 12-hour shifts.
The nurse will provide direct patient care, support emotional and behavioral stabilization, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for individuals in a residential setting.
Schedule

Night Shift (12-hour shifts)
Must be available Fridays and Saturdays
Weekend and night availability required
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in a residential mental health setting
Assess patient needs and respond appropriately to medical and psychiatric concerns
Monitor vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and behavioral changes
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Support patients with emotional and psychological needs in a compassionate manner
Respond to medical or psychiatric emergencies and follow proper protocols
Document all care accurately and timely in the EMR
Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
Qualifications
Active LPN or RN license in the state of Florida
Proven nursing experience preferred (mental health or substance use setting strongly preferred)
Ability to assess, prioritize, and respond to patient needs in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
