The Kanawha County Public Defender Office is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Assistant Public Defender. Applicants must be licensed to practice in West Virginia or eligible to be licensed by full admission, reciprocity, or Rule 9 of the West Virginia Rules for Admission to Practice. Experience is preferred but not required. Starting salary is $65,000 and can commensurate with experience to $90,000.
