Kanawha Community Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN to join our team at our 26-bed skilled nursing facility.
Position Details
- Shift Hours: 3:30 PM – 4:00 AM
- Schedule: One shift per week, including every 3rd weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
- Holiday Rotation: Every 3rd night holiday
- Position Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and nursing staff.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants.
Qualifications
- Current Iowa LPN or RN license.
- Dependable with strong communication and clinical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
