Duties
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation initiatives
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales potential within assigned regions
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development goals
- Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to increase revenue opportunities
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and develop strategic plans
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills essential for building lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and account management
- Demonstrated ability in technical sales, product demos, and upselling strategies
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities for growth
- Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and territories
- Traveling to Port Charlotte Area, Sarasota Area, Bradenton Area
