We're seeking a Java Solution Architect with deep expertise in Spring Boot and WebFlux to lead the design and implementation of high-performance, reactive, cloud-native microservices. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and event-driven systems leveraging the latest in Java and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deliver reactive microservices using Spring Boot and WebFlux.
Design end-to-end API and integration solutions (REST/GraphQL).
Lead the migration of legacy applications to cloud-native architectures.
Collaborate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment.
Ensure system scalability, observability, and security across distributed environments.
Mentor development teams and conduct POCs, code reviews, and architecture reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
15 years in Java backend development, with 3 years in solution architecture.
Expertise in Spring Boot, WebFlux, and Project Reactor.
Strong background in Kafka / Pulsar, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Experience with API Gateways, Service Mesh, and Terraform (IaC).
Familiar with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and performance tuning.
Proven experience in reactive systems, backpressure handling, and concurrency management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing event-driven or reactive architectures.
Hands-on exposure to GraphQL, Elastic Stack, or ArgoCD.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
