Define and analyze technical markets, establish detailed product features and requirements, and create implementation plans.Design and Continuous ImprovementParticipate in solution design and champion ongoing enhancements to ensure products meet evolving business and customer needs.Stakeholder Collaboration & Issue ResolutionPartner with cross-functional teams to resolve production and implementation issues promptly. Manage and escalate critical concerns to enable rapid delivery.Customer Communication & OutreachOwn messaging, communication, and outreach initiatives to ensure clarity and alignment with customer expectations.Data-Driven Decision MakingApply qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to optimize user and end-consumer experiences.Business Planning & PrioritizationContribute to strategic business planning and provide recommendations for departmental priorities.Global SupportSupport product management activities for international markets, ensuring responsiveness across multiple time zones and diverse client needs.Agile & DPM PracticesLearn, adopt, and drive Digital Product Management (DPM) practices within agile teams and across the department. QualificationsLeadership: Minimum of 2 years leading large, cross-functional teams on major organizational initiatives (preferred).Agile Expertise: Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner.Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and ability to develop and execute product strategies.Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services (preferred).Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with AI concepts and applications (preferred).Shared Services: Experience working in a shared service environment (preferred).Notes from the Hiring Manager:The hiring team is seeking a technically strong Product Manager who can operate in a shared-services, platform-focused environment supporting multiple international regions. The role involves building reusable tools, backend services, and enterprise-level components, with growing emphasis on AI initiatives—several AI-driven projects are planned for next year, so candidates should have at least a foundational understanding of AI concepts. While financial services experience is a nice-to-have, the priority is strong product management capabilities, experience leading product teams, Agile proficiency, and the ability to drive value under Client’s evolving DPM model. The PM will work closely with the senior PM, eventually owning and scaling their products while also bringing fresh perspectives to a long-tenured team.

Salary : $163,900 - $189,400
