Job Description

The Support Specialist I/II provides essential day-to-day support to project management, accounting, and finance teams by managing project setup, billing, and administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency. Also included in this inventory management supports field operations.

The role is oriented toward project billing, accounting, and project setup. The specialist ensures smooth financial and administrative processes for projects, accurate invoices, cost tracking, and communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Associate’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field. (preferred not required)
  • 3 years of experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in project billing, accounting, or project setup.
  • Proven understanding of project setup in ERP systems, billing processes, and financial documentation.
  • Ability to handle and rationalize financial/project data.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Advanced IT proficiency in business applications, including ERP and project management tools.
  • Fluent in the local language and English.

  • Timeliness and accuracy of project setup, billing, and invoicing.
  • Reduction of overdue payments and improved cash flow.
  • Accuracy of project cost tracking and financial reporting.
  • ERP data accuracy and compliance.
  • Efficient resolution of project accounting inquiries.
