- Operation of plow equipment and or hand dig to bury new and replacement drops or repair existing drops.
- Reconnection of existing underground drops from tap to ground block, NID and/or OFDC
- Removal of any old drops on-site when necessary, and all restoration to customer satisfaction
- Locating private facilities
- Document and report on work completed to meet customer specifications
- Other duties as assigned
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check, motor vehicle check, drug test, and DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- 1-year Telecommunication experience preferred.
- General knowledge of, but not limited to, underground cabling/fiber and easements
- Able to read and understand maps and blueprints accurately and efficiently.
