Kamus Keller Interiors | Architecture is a growing, full‐service architecture and design firm with diverse commercial clients. We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Production Support individual for our Long Beach office.
Job Duties are but not limited to:
• AutoCAD experience is a must.
• Coordinate with office teams, consultants and clients to develop project plans and schedules.
• Assist in preparing project reports, punch list, submittals and construction meeting notes and reports
• Coordinate drawings submittal package and specifications for Plan Check and Contractors bidding
• Serve as a liaison between the office production team, clients, and engineering consultants.
• Facilitate and attend project meetings.
• Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and other project-related questions
• Creation of detailed proposals/contracts, work authorizations, change orders, project schedules, and construction bulletins, addendums and punch-lists
• Monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
• Coordination of construction document production and delivery.
• Submittal and RFI review and response.
• Communicate effectively and promptly with coworkers, business partners and clients.
• Coordination with state/city planning.
• Ability to proactively report about project status, deadlines, and schedules.
• Highly skilled in organizational tasks for fast running teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 years’ commercial interiors experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and conscientious
• Ability to take direction and multi‐task in a fast-paced environment.
