- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude and effective communication.
- Prepare and present service estimates and invoices to customers.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and invoicing.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role is required.
