What are the responsibilities and job description for the Embroidery Machine Operator position at Kampus Klothes Inc.?
Our family owned and operated screen printing and embroidery company is currently seeking an embroidery machine operator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone to learn and grow within the embroidery department and our company. A minimum 1-3 years of embroidery machine and/or sewing machine experience is strongly preferred but not required. A strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately is important.
This is a fast paced production dept., applicants must be able to stand, lift and move while working.
Full time employment is 40hrs/week, daytime hours Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm.
Pay rate is negotiable based on an applicant's embroidery experience level.
Applicants must be consistently dependable and able to work in a fast paced production environment.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Preparing items for production
- Hooping items
- Running items on embroidery machines to meet demand
- Unloading items
- Maintaining clean, organized work areas
- Digitizing embroidery logos
- Assisting with everyday tasks within the embroidery department
