Job Summary
The position of Plant Manager (PM) is a challenging position in a fast paced, pallet recycling facility designed to sort, repair, store, receive and ship pallets from CHEP. The position requires excellent communication skills, computer skills, strong leadership ability, and the ability to motivate and direct a diverse workforce. The PM will be responsible for up to 100 hourly and clerical employees that are engaged in the sortation, repair, painting, disposing, shipping and receiving pallets. Ideal candidate must be Bilingual.
The PM is responsible for achieving objectives, budgets, Standard Work Practices, production standards, scheduling of personnel, quality, shipping and receiving, daily inventory management, safety, and sanitation/housekeeping requirements.
