Position Summary
The Campground Park Maintenance is responsible for directing the overall operations of the campground or recreational park. This position oversees maintenance and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well‑maintained environment for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily campground operations, including guest services, maintenance, and facility upkeep..
- Maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of buildings, grounds, equipment, and utilities..
- Enforce park rules, safety standards, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors, contractors, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
- Manage emergency response procedures, including weather-related incidents and guest safety concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required;
- Prior experience in property maintenance preferred.
- Operate equipment, such as skid steer, tractor, etc.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform moderate physical tasks as needed.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings during peak seasons.
