Job Type: Full-time (8-hour Day Shift, Monday to Friday)

We are looking for an energetic Powder Coat Line Team Member who understands that a great powder coat job starts long before the paint hits the metal. The Mission
- Own the Line Flow: Keep the powder line moving continuously. You will manage the flow of parts through prep, hanging, caulking, and down-stacking to make sure the line never stops waiting for material.
- Master the Prep & Seal: You have an eye for detail. You will clean and caulk frame seams, joints, and tight corners with heat-curing sealants—ensuring water-tight, flawless results after baking.
- Load with Precision: Safely and efficiently hook, rack, and hang a wide variety of fabricated parts and large frame weldments on the overhead conveyor, maximizing line density while maintaining proper spacing.
- Quality Check at Every Step: From inspecting raw parts before hanging to checking finished coats as you down-stack, you verify that every piece coming off the line hits the KDi standard on the first try.
- Keep the Shop Sharp: A messy line is a slow line. You maintain your hanging and caulking stations, manage your supplies, and look out for your teammates so the shop stays safe, clean, and efficient.
Qualifications
- The Experience: 1 years in manufacturing, industrial coating, or assembly line work preferred (we will train hard workers who have the right attitude).
- Hands-On Skill: Steady hands and high attention to detail for caulking frame joints and prepping metal surfaces.
- The "Driver" Mindset: You don't wait to be told what to do next. You show up, bring the energy, and take pride in keeping production moving.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and regularly lift and hang heavy parts (up to 50 lbs) throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Reliability: You show up on time, care about safety, and are the person your team can count on every single day.
