This full-time on-site role, located in Cape Coral, FL, is for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safe operation of heating and cooling equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting HVAC systems, addressing plumbing and electrical issues related to HVAC, following EPA regulations, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and solve HVAC system issues
- Experience in plumbing and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems
- Knowledge of EPA standards and ability to adhere to regulations
- Understanding of electricity and its applications in HVAC systems
