Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD, for a Mental Health Clinician. The Mental Health Clinician will provide counseling and therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, engaging in case management, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care. The Clinician will also provide crisis interventions and maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Psychology principles and Behavioral Health care
- Experience with Family Therapy and providing support for diverse family dynamics
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Maryland (e.g., LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC)
