What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance & Facilities Manager position at Kamic Corporation?
The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced. This is a 1st shift position.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the machinery is functional
- Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
- Lead team members and drive improvement to meet critical KPI's
- Direct supervision of 15-25 hourly team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Excel 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to work well as a team
- Strong communication skills
