Job Summary
Kami Volumes Aesthetics is seeking licensed estheticians and makeup artists to provide professional services in our fully equipped Brentwood suite.
This is a freelance/independent contractor opportunity designed for professionals who want flexibility, control over their schedule, and the ability to earn income while working in a luxury, client-focused environment.
As a provider at Kami Volumes Aesthetics, you will have the freedom to grow your own client base, offer your specialty services, and benefit from our support with suite management, bookings, and marketing, all without being a traditional salon employee.

Duties
- Perform esthetic and beauty services in the Brentwood suite, including facials, brow/lash services, makeup application, waxing, chemical peels, and other specialty treatments within your license scope.
- Conduct client consultations to recommend treatments or products tailored to individual needs.
- Manage your own services and appointments independently, while Kami Volumes Aesthetics coordinates bookings and suite access.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and safe workspace according to state regulations and sanitation standards.
- Provide exceptional client service that enhances the luxury, personalized experience Kami Volumes Aesthetics is known for.
- Utilize the suite management system (GlossGenius or similar) for scheduling, payments, and client records.
- Promote your services and contribute to suite marketing through social media or client referral programs if desired.
- Work within flexible hours based on suite availability, your schedule, and client demand.
Note: This is an independent contractor / freelance opportunity. Providers may choose revenue split (70/30) or flat suite rental ($150/day or $400/week) to suit their business goals.

Skills & Qualifications
- Current and valid esthetician or makeup artist license (TN license required).
- Professional, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional client experiences.
- Ability to perform esthetic services within your license scope (facials, lash/brow treatments, waxing, makeup, chemical peels, etc.).
- Familiarity with salon/spa booking software (GlossGenius, Square, or similar) preferred.
- Strong client communication skills, including explaining treatments, products, and aftercare.
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene protocols for a safe, professional environment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule and clients.
- Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
