Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Secretary role based in Gage park. The Office Secretary will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, organizing schedules, and ensuring efficient office operations. This role involves providing executive administrative assistance, handling customer inquiries, and supporting office staff with organizational and communication needs. A successful candidate will act as a central point of contact and demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, and office organization
