Summary:
An Automotive Salesperson assists customers to identify the proper vehicle for their

- Satisfies the transportation needs of new and used-vehicle purchasers.
- Approaches, greets, and helps or directs any customer who enters the dealership
- Understands, implements, and adheres to the IK Auto group 7 Steps to the Sales
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening
- Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keeps abreast of
- Provides thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects.
- Offers Test Drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper
- Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.
- Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto
- Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of

- Assists DSD with the transportation of vehicles from the docks as needed.
- Assists with transferring vehicles to other locations as needed.
- Assists the Internet Marketing Manager and Management team with Sales Events.
