Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Retail Sales Associate with a background in jewelry sales. The ideal candidate has strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide expert guidance on jewelry pieces, including metals, gemstones, diamonds, and watches
• Explain product features, pricing, warranties, and care instructions
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising displays
• Ensure store presentation meets brand standards
• Handle customer inquiries, special orders, repairs, and returns professionally
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, trends, and new arrivals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of retail sales experience (jewelry experience strongly preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends,
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience with luxury or fine jewelry sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Clienteling and relationship-building experience

• Handling high-value merchandise

Commission structure available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
