As an After School Site Coordinator, you'll lead a dedicated team, partner with families, and create a safe, engaging after-school environment where keiki can learn, play, and thrive.
About the Role
As a Site Coordinator, you'll oversee daily program operations while supporting staff and ensuring high-quality experiences for children. Each afternoon is filled with opportunities to connect, lead, and inspire through activities such as:
- Helping children unwind after school with snacks and structured play
- Supporting homework time and leading hands-on STEM activities
- Encouraging creativity through cooking projects and arts & crafts
- Supervising outdoor games, sports, and group activities
- Building strong relationships with families and school partners
- Ensuring program quality, safety, and a positive team culture

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | Approx. 1:30 PM–5:30 PM
- Wednesdays (early release) start at 12:30 PM

Qualifications
- Experience working with children (formal or informal—coaching, tutoring, or volunteer work counts)
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Passion for creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment
- Supervisory experience in childcare or education is a plus
