What You’ll Do:

As a Site Coordinator, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the program, providing leadership and support to staff while creating a positive, engaging environment for children. Every day is filled with rewarding experiences like:

• Helping children unwind after school with snacks and fun activities.
• Assisting with homework and leading exciting STEM adventures.
• Inspiring creativity with cooking and craft activities.
• Supervising outdoor games and sports.
• Building relationships with families and ensuring program quality.

• No Evenings or Weekends! Enjoy a balanced schedule with after-school hours, typically 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM. Some sites offer morning hours as well.)

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | Approx. 1:30 PM–5:30 PM
• Wednesdays (early release) start at 12:30 PM
• No weekends. No nights. No take-home planning
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children (formal or informal, such as coaching or volunteer work).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for creating a fun, supportive environment for kids.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a child care or education environment is appreciated.
