WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll be the face of KAM Appliances in our customers' homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential appliances in customer homes
• Providing exceptional customer service during every visit
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related issues
• Using technical resources, service manuals, and manufacturer support tools
• Ordering and tracking parts as needed
• Completing service documentation using company technology
• Maintaining company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Participating in ongoing technical training

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

• Residential appliance repair experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to safely lift appliances and parts as required
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, laptops, and service software
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade school or technical training
• EPA certification
• Experience servicing premium appliance brands
• Refrigeration experience
