About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities within the accommodation and food services industry. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs, to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. The technician will proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues, minimizing downtime and preventing potential hazards. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repairing equipment and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Proven experience in maintenance work within the accommodation, hospitality, or related industries.


• Proficiency in painting, plumbing, drywall repair, mechanical repair, carpentry, and electrical wiring.


• Ability to use precision measuring tools and perform accurate measurements.


• Physical ability to climb ladders and work in various environments safely.

Responsibilities:
