About the Role:

As a Server in the accommodation and food services industry, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff.


• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.


• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to any requests or issues.


• Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions securely.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and support during peak hours.


• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment.
