We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for our 4-bed residential facilities serving adults with developmental disabilities.
This is a hands-on nursing position in a home-like setting where you will play an important role in supporting the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we serve.
Schedule
- Saturdays & Sundays
- 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 20 paid hours per weekend
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident health status and provide nursing oversight
- Review physician orders and medication records
- Coordinate medical appointments and follow-up care
- Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, regional center staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Train and support direct care staff regarding health-related needs and medication procedures
- Complete nursing documentation and health-related reports
- Assist with regulatory compliance and quality assurance activities
- Participate in care planning and health-related meetings
Qualifications
- Current California LVN license in good standing
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Important: This is an on-site working LVN position. The selected candidate must be physically present in the facility during all scheduled shifts and actively participate in resident care oversight, staff support, documentation review, and compliance activities.
