Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain high standards of floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to promote a hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold property standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the overall cleanliness standards of the facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning roles such as hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial services is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in hospitality environments is preferred
- Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures related to industrial cleaning.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks comfortably.
