We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for both staff and customers.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Execute repairs in various areas including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct residential painting and touch-ups as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Clean and maintain swimming pool.
- Supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff or contractors on larger projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Proficiency in electrical work, plumbing, welding, and residential painting.
