Duties
- Supervise daily operations within the hospitality environment, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate and plan events, including meetings, banquets, and special occasions, while managing logistics and catering services.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from food and beverage services.
- Develop marketing strategies for events to attract guests and enhance overall participation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Manage budgets for events and hospitality services, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in guest services, event management, and operational procedures.
- Handle contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with established standards.

Requirements
