Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PLM Program Manager & Onsite Coordinator with strong expertise in PTC Windchill PLM, technical architecture, customization, and customer-facing program management. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 25 resources, coordinate with customer stakeholders, manage project delivery, and provide technical guidance across PLM implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and deployment activities.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• 10 years of hands-on experience with Windchill PLM and PTC products.

• Experience working as a Windchill Technical Architect.

• 3 years of Windchill customization experience, working with Version 10 or later.

• Strong knowledge of Windchill PLM, PDMLink, and the PTC product suite.

• Experience managing teams of 25 resources, including mentoring, technical guidance, and resource allocation.

• Strong customer coordination, requirements management, status reporting, deployment, and go-live support experience.

• Hands-on experience customizing ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, InfoTasks, Webjects, OIRs, and actions/action models.

• Knowledge of Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, and XML for Windchill customization.

• Experience with project planning, effort estimation, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and management reporting.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate PLM project delivery and onsite customer activities.

• Serve as the technical liaison between customer stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Manage a team of 25 resources across different technical skill sets.

• Coordinate requirements, enhancements, status updates, deployments, and go-live support.

• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reviews and prepare management reports.

• Manage resource planning, allocation, project schedules, and effort estimates.

• Support proposals, SOW preparation, and project planning using Microsoft Project (MPP) and Visio.

• Oversee Windchill architecture, customizations, workflows, infrastructure design, and system upgrades.

• Troubleshoot complex Windchill issues and recommend scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Technical Experience

• Windchill 13.0 / 13.1.

• ArborText Content Delivery.

• BOM Transformation and Change Management.

• PLM, product data management, and engineering systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science preferred. Relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree, as permitted by the client’s requirements.
