What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Kalshi?
Kalshi is defining a new category
Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history. Kalshi is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more.
We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the largest financial market because they turn anything into a financial position.
Role Roadmap
As an Account Manager, you’ll work directly with some of the best brands in the world to bring event trading to millions of new users. You’ll own onboarding, activation, and long-term growth for Kalshi’s broker and distribution partners—ensuring integrations go live smoothly, partners are fully enabled, and accounts grow significantly over time.
This role blends account management, technical coordination, commercial strategy, and growth execution. You’ll operate as a strategic advisor and day-to-day operator, helping partners use Kalshi’s products to drive volume, engagement, and revenue.
What You’ll Do
Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
This salary range is based on current market data and reflects the expected compensation for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and broad bands across roles. If your compensation expectations exceed these bands, we’d welcome a conversation.
